Job Summary
Hybrid Analyst role in Visa Consulting and Analytics focusing on developing structured frameworks, methodologies, and actionable client deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards, executive summaries). Responsibilities include identifying client opportunities, tracking program KPIs, synthesizing findings into business cases and strategic recommendations, and strengthening client engagement across issuers, merchants, fintechs and governments. Requires strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, clear communication, attention to detail, collaboration across global teams, and comfort handling multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. Located in Panama City with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)
- Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or Actuary
- English and Spanish required (written, verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate insights clearly
- Team-oriented, collaborative, adaptable in fast-paced consulting environments
- Independent contributor role based in Panama City
