Job Summary
Conduct business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and reviews of hedge funds and private equity interests. Gather sector-specific data and provide insight on target industries, market conditions, and competitor information. Execute valuation analysis by determining appropriate methodologies and building financial models, then present clear reports to project teams. Assist in developing client-facing presentations and publications while managing junior staff on analyses and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited college/university
- Additional knowledge of Italian civil code and tax regulations
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Advisory Firm specializing in the valuation of companies, intangible assets, financial assets and liabilities
- experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial and statistical models including: DCF, income method, comparable company and transaction methods, excess earning method
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience in managing staff
- Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
