Job Summary
Understand client requirements and project goals to ensure alignment with deliverables and timelines. Identify, recruit, and screen subject matter experts for qualitative and quantitative research projects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online search engines, and industry databases. Engage with experts to confirm suitability, coordinate consultations, and maintain accurate calendars. Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval while managing detailed records of experts, including payment information and compliance documentation. Address expert queries regarding onboarding, payments, and project processes in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal policies and information security standards. Work onsite in Lahore from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals across industries
- Familiarity with the expert network industry
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Resilience in handling tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
