Job Summary
Analyst, US Client Services supporting AWMS Client Services operations and data activities. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows for subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and reporting cycles; validating data and responding to internal data requests; liaising with transfer agents, technology providers, and broker-dealers; improving processes through technology and automation; and ensuring data integrity across reporting cycles. Key skills include operations coordination, data validation, data analytics, cross-functional communication, and proficiency in Excel; experience with data/workflow tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, client services, data analytics, project management, or a related function within financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in periods of heightened activity
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
