Job Summary
Analyst: Treasury Operations provides administrative and operational support to the treasury team, assisting with KYC/documentation for merchants and internal stakeholders, new account openings, payments proofs (POP) dispatch, daily/weekly bank and wallet balance reporting, incoming funds confirmation, settlement and reconciliation support, bank mandates and compliance documentation, and general administrative duties. The role targets professionals with 3–5 years in payments, back-office, or administrative support, familiarity with multiple payment methods, strong Excel skills, and a drive to grow in treasury operations in a fintech/payments environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in payments, back-office, or administrative support within the payments or fintech space
- Familiarity with different payment methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of fintech operations or banking experience
- B.Com, Economics, Accounting or applicable business-related courses
