Job Summary
Analyst: Treasury Operations in Africa (3-6 months) supports the treasury team with back-office duties including KYC/documentation handling, new account support, payment proofs, daily/weekly balance reporting, incoming funds confirmation, settlement/reconciliation support, bank mandates/compliance documentation, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in payments/back-office or admin roles, familiarity with multiple payment methods, strong Excel skills, and a background in fintech or banking; degree in commerce/economics/accounting or related field. The role operates in a multi-region fintech environment and emphasizes regulatory compliance, meticulous documentation, and accurate reporting to sustain treasury operations across markets. Location-driven hybrid work in Accra, Ghana.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a payments, back-office, or administrative support role within the Payment or Fintech
- Familiarity with different payment methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of fintech operations or banking experience
- B.Com, Economics, Accounting or applicable Business related courses
