Analyst, Transportation (Weekend)

Job Summary
Monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes for assigned carriers, including scheduling pickups and deliveries. Notify customers of schedule deviations, answer driver and customer inquiries, and obtain updates from transportation providers to enter accurate information into the dispatch system. Communicate operational problems with customers or vendors, confirm database accuracy, generate monthly reports, and process repair invoices. Support equipment administration and operations personnel while handling ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests. Requires a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of ground transportation experience, and English proficiency. Schedule runs Thursday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work
- 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation

- Schedule - Thursday - Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
