Analyst, Transportation at RXO responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to carriers; perform time analysis, manage KPIs, and produce BI reporting for customers and internal teams. Schedule and track pickups and deliveries; notify customers of deviations; handle driver/customer inquiries; obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system; communicate problems with customers or vendors; support equipment administration and operations; ensure database accuracy and generate monthly reports; verify repair invoices and process them timely; complete ad hoc projects and requests; multi-account management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and related experience, 2–3 years in ground transportation, fluent English, and a Monday–Friday schedule with ability to rotate weekends.
