Job Summary
Analyst to support Transition activity for Life and Pensions, acting as a Subject Matter Expert across Life and Pensions products. Role requires 2-3 years of Life and Pensions experience, Alpha experience, strong planning and data-interpretation skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. Responsibilities include shaping Transition solutions, gathering/interpreting data, and delivering timely analysis and advice to stakeholders while working with FCA conduct rules. Must act with integrity and collaborate with other teams to understand business and customer needs, delivering clear solutions to end customers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree standard or higher
- 2-3 years Life and Pensions experience
- Alpha experience / skills
- MS applications skills
- Recognised Life and Pensions SME
- Proven planning skills
- Ability to gather and interpret data and information
- Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing to stakeholders
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
