Job Summary
Support cross-functional teams in designing and delivering transformative change engagements by integrating quantitative data, qualitative stakeholder insights, and financial analysis into cohesive strategies and recommendations. Produce analyses and visualizations that help clients understand challenges, opportunities, and paths forward; assist in planning, data collection, and evaluation of impact; develop models and dashboards; prepare client deliverables (presentations, memoranda, reports, exhibits); and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive sustainable change.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, public policy, business, data analytics, or a related field
- Approximately 2 years of relevant consulting, advisory, or analytical experience (e.g., management consulting, strategy consulting, economic consulting, litigation support, public-sector consulting, or analytics-focused roles)
- Analysts generally have 0–2 years of relevant experience, while Associates generally have 2+ years
- Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship
