Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis and modeling of new real estate investment opportunities, including industry research and due diligence on potential deals. Assist in preparing materials for the Investment Committee and support senior management in executing and closing transactions. This two-and-a-half-year summer program begins in Summer 2027, with strong performers eligible for promotion to Associate. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with a 3.5+ GPA, U.S. work authorization, and a passion for real estate and finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record (cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher)
- U.S. work authorization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to concisely and thoughtfully summarize analysis/research
- Self-starter who can take on significant responsibility with little supervision
- High level of maturity
- Exceptional work ethic
