Job Summary
The Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services is responsible for preparing analytical schedules, identifying transaction focus areas, researching accounting topics, analyzing business trends, investigating liabilities, reviewing accounting policies, and contributing to report writing. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, at least 1 year of accounting or finance experience, public accounting experience, and are CPA or CPA eligible. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science/Business Administration in Accounting from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year related accounting or finance work experience
- Public accounting experience
- CPA or CPA eligible
