Job Summary
Analyst role focused on structuring and executing securitisations of trade receivables across geographies, with emphasis on a diversified portfolio using various mechanisms to mitigate risk. Responsibilities include due diligence on underlying portfolios, assisting in transaction origination across countries, supporting risk-department approvals, reviewing legal documentation, communicating with brokers and insurance companies, and syndicating trade finance assets to buy-side investors. The position requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling, data analysis) and knowledge of trade receivables products and EU banking regulation; professional fluency in English (Spanish also valued). The role offers a hybrid working model (some days remote, some days onsite in Madrid area) with a competitive rewards package and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience (1-2 years) in trade receivables or other trade finance products (Required)
- Education Economics, Law, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or other related degrees (Required)
- Languages Fluent English (Required)
- Knowledge of trade receivables products, basic accounting standards (Required)
- Familiarity with Rating agency methodologies for the Trade receivables (Required)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (including cash flow modeling and data analysis) (Required)
- Familiarity with EU banking regulation (Required)
