Analyst - Trade Platform Support

Job Summary
Liaise with vendors on system-related support, implementation issues, bugs, and enhancements. Manage OMS user creation, limit setups, and client on-boarding via Sponsored or FIX protocols. Implement automation for report generation, position parsing, and reconciliation uploads. Provide first-line support for customer trading and system functionality while monitoring alerts and recording trade support queries. Participate in project deliveries, UAT, and ad-hoc system testing. Maintain up-to-date operational processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements. This role supports the Derivatives product complex within the Corporate segment of StoneX Financial Pte. Ltd., a Fortune 100 provider connecting clients to global markets.
Required Qualifications
- A good Bachelor's degree or exceptionally strong results in a Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Trading Systems administration and/or Derivatives Operations
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organizations
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- 4 days in office, 1 day remote
