Job Summary
Analyst in Trade & Cash Operations responsible for receiving, validating, and processing transaction instructions from MIM/GA teams, onshore partners, and custodians; collaborating with Reconciliation, Middle Office, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve cash and position breaks; reviewing and validating cash and position breaks; ensuring timely processing of trades, capital stock activities, dividends, and derivatives in AABOR; managing fund events (Informatica updates, seed capital processing, and TIK/RIK activities); booking and monitoring dividend distributions and reinvestments; maintaining compliant documentation and staying current with securities-industry developments; requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; preferred CPA board exam passer or CISI certification; role is hybrid with global collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management operations, fund accounting, or securities processing
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of securities instruments, settlements, and the investment lifecycle
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy
- Client‐focused mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast‐paced, regulated environment
