Job Summary
Analyst, TPL Sales and Operations supports development of marketing strategies and execution of programs to attract prospective customers, manages and maintains team documentation for responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI projects for enterprise prospects, and provides customer service to vendors and customers. The role collaborates daily with project managers and internal stakeholders to analyze bid requirements, monitor sales performance data, prepare reports for senior management, coordinate with sales and operations to meet deadlines, maintain client relationships, onboard new clients, and provide market intelligence to shape sales strategies and improve service offerings. Responsibilities include analyzing bid requirements against proposal outlines, reviewing market rates, negotiating shipping rates with carriers, and completing shipping documentation such as bills of lading and related certificates of origin.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 0-1 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Required
