Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst to support Compensation & Benefits operations across Canada and the US with backend analytical and administrative support. Role emphasizes compensation analytics, reporting, auditing, and operational coordination, with heavy Excel use (formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables) and data management. Responsible for compensation planning support, preparing/validating reports and data files, performing data quality checks, coordinating invoices and cost allocations, supporting bonus/salary planning, assisting team members with analyst-level tasks, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
