Analyst to join Walmart's legal operations team onsite in Bentonville, AR. Responsibilities include managing and reviewing a high-volume legal request inbox (approximately 400–600 emails daily), assessing incoming legal documents such as liens, garnishments, lawsuits, and workers’ compensation claims, routing requests to the appropriate legal specialists or departments, and maintaining organized workflows to support timely handling. Must communicate effectively with stores and internal attorneys, demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes organizational and triage skills, written communication, basic legal terminology, and time-management to support overall efficiency of the legal operations team. Minimum qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience; preferred experience in a paralegal role or law firm setting.
