Job Summary
Support transaction origination and execution by assisting in client pitch preparation, researching public company multiples for valuation, and drafting information memoranda. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights while conducting industry research on target companies, market analysis, and competitive positioning. Manage deal Q&A and provide administrative support including meeting agendas and notes under the supervision of an Associate or Vice President.
Required Qualifications
- experience in an accounting firm preferably financial due diligence
- at least six months' experience in an investment bank or boutique M&A firm
- solid financial knowledge (accounting, financial analysis, financial modelling, company valuation methods, etc.)
- strong analytical skills, enabling you to work both autonomously and within a team
- attention to detail
