Job Summary
Provides development, implementation, and improvement of technology services support procedures for the Charlotte County Public Schools. Monitors, evaluates, and reports on technology services delivered by personnel or vendors against service level agreements; communicates with vendor technology support to resolve hardware, software, applications, and/or service issues; monitors and analyzes performance and initiates corrective action; supports project management of technology services; utilizes current data processing techniques and productivity tools; maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices; provides support in the use of applications; ensures adherence to safety practices and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications
