Job Summary
Supports development, implementation, and improvement of technology services delivery; monitors performance against SLAs; communicates with vendor tech support to resolve hardware, software, and application issues; analyzes technology service performance and initiates corrective action; supports project management of technology services; uses data processing techniques and productivity tools; maintains documentation and compliance with standard practices; provides application support and ensures safety and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of experience using enterprise applications
- Willingness to remain current in applicable software certifications and credentials
