Job Summary
Analyst, Technical Solutions responsible for serving as the technical reference for Visa's Digital Solutions in the LAC Client Services organization; manage and troubleshoot escalated technical problems, provide implementation assistance to developers, support onboarding and certification of providers for API-based digital solutions, educate merchants on service enhancements, participate in requirements, design, and rollout of new products, and coordinate with Sales and other departments. The role involves interfacing with Product Development, Product Management, and Operations, and requires API technologies (XML, SOAP, JSON, REST), experience with e-commerce/shopping cart platforms, PCI DSS familiarity, strong SQL, Web Security knowledge (TLS/SSL, cryptographic algorithms, certificates), and bilingual capability in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). The position is hybrid with office days to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
