Job Summary
Execute Government Programs processes accurately, including Employer Group Waiver Plan enrollment, retro-eligibility, Financial Information Reporting, and claim auditing for Medicaid, ACA, and retiree drug subsidies. Oversee assigned process schedules to meet deadlines, maintain accurate process documentation, and prioritize error reconciliation per State and Federal guidance. Collaborate with Employer Groups, clients, vendors, and internal SMEs to resolve action items and manage expectations. Work 7-4pm with on-call flexibility as needed for time-sensitive tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate Degree in business related field; or equivalent of an associate degree and 2 years of work experience, or 4 years of work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' work experience
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or in a health plan organization is preferred
