Job Summary
Analyst – Talent Acquisition Support provides essential onboarding and candidate intake support: handling new hire paperwork, initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings, ensuring accurate I-9 completion, and facilitating timely payroll setup. The role supports recruiters across the hiring and onboarding process, educating employees, HR partners, and managers on policies and procedures, and optimizing onboarding experiences across multiple HR platforms. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred) and typically 2 years of HR/generalist or recruiting coordinator experience (preferred). On-site location in Taguig, Philippines; strong emphasis on organization, analytics, proactive problem solving, and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role preferred
