Job Summary
Educate employees on travel program policies and verify T&E expense claims in Macanomy. Reconcile and clear T&E GL accounts, post claims, and prepare reconciliation files for the Payment team. Handle Amex reconciliation inputs, manage ServiceNow tool queries, and monitor generic mailboxes for follow-ups. Generate daily reports and allocate tasks within the team. Requires 4-6 years in Travel & Expense Accounts Payable, B.Com background, and advanced MS Office skills. Shift starts at 6:30 PM with on-site work in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Travel & Expense – Accounts Payable
- B.com Graduate
- Shift - 6.30PM onwards
- Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai (WFO)
- Should be an experienced problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible attitude to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS office skills
