Analyst, Sustainability - Social Compliance (Hong Kong)

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day supply chain management by identifying high-risk regions, factories, and product categories to address compliance issues. Support factory assessments and investigations to promote supply chain transparency and alignment with A&F requirements. Manage the social compliance audit program including SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, and SA8000 standards. Lead sustainability onboarding for new factories in APAC countries by performing on-site visits and verifying Corrective Action Plan implementations. Partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, and third-party auditors to strengthen supply chain practices. Requires five plus years of professional experience in social audits across APAC, frequent travel, and Bachelor's degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Business/Communications related fields
- Five plus years of professional experience related to social audits across APAC countries
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization across functions and geographies
- Ability to adjust quickly to a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust within and outside of the organization
- Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A working knowledge of CSR metrics and reporting standards
- Frequent travel
