Job Summary
Monitor and analyze QuadReal's cloud-based energy software to identify improvement opportunities and generate reports highlighting areas requiring focus. Actively support net zero carbon transition planning and tracking while facilitating training sessions with property teams on energy and sustainability management systems. Conduct prompt and timely property-level physical climate resilience assessments and contribute to the development of sustainability policies, internal procedures, and integration frameworks. Assist with annual reporting of utilities and GHGs for GRESB, TCFD, and SASB standards. Prioritize and adapt to a wide range of crucial tasks across geographies to drive the organization's decarbonization journey.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, climate or related fields
- working knowledge of utility data (energy, water, waste, GHGs)
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, such as environmental management, science, or engineering

- Experience managing data and processes in an EMS (Energy Management System)
- A self-starter with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skillset, including experience with data analysis and structuring scalable processes
- Strong capacity to identify gaps and solutions and to meet expectations across multiple stakeholders
- A results-oriented and goal-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving quantifiable outcomes
- Specialized coursework in statistics and science
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, databases and putting together PowerPoint decks
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships and adapt to different communication styles across all teams
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Bilingualism
