Job Summary
Analyst, Supply Planning (MRP) will manage raw and packaging material inventory within an assigned cluster, monitor performance, communicate plans to stakeholders, and drive product changes for own SKUs. Responsibilities include minimizing slow-moving/obsolete materials, reducing inventory write-offs during transitions, setting and reviewing safety stock and inventory parameters across the network (e.g., reorder point, ABC categorization), and maintaining material planning documentation. Requires strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IFs), SAP ECC/APO knowledge, and a proven ability to handle complexity with a customer-focused, collaborative approach. Eligible for onsite work with a day shift and a 1x/week work-from-home after three months; role supports a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Economics or any Engineering degree (open to fresh graduates)
- 2 years of experience working in supply or similar function preferably from a multinational or multicultural environment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
