Analyst, Supply Planning (Materials Planning)

Job Summary
Analyst Supply Planning (MRP) will manage Raw and Packaging Material inventory within the assigned cluster, collaborating with procurement, logistics, quality and manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, communicating plans to stakeholders, managing product changes for the portfolio, minimizing slow-moving/obsolete materials and write-offs during transitions, and setting/revising safety stock and inventory parameters from plant to distribution center. The role requires keeping reports and documentation on Material Planning, reports to the Associate Manager Supply Planning, and offers a hybrid onsite/day-shift with one day of work-from-home after three months. The position is based in Makati, Philippines, with opportunities in a regional capacity and a focus on developing career in supply planning within SC Johnson's global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Economics or any Engineering degree (open to fresh graduates)
- 2 years of experience working in supply or similar function (preferably from a multinational or multicultural environment)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, IFs)
- System Knowledge [SAP – ECC/APO]
- Full understanding of total chain of planning processes, distribution capabilities within the responsible network and inventory policies and methodologies
- Strong customer orientation and ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Drive for results and quality oriented
- Strong Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude
