Job Summary
Manage finished good and component supply planning transactions and local inventory operations across all brands, categories, and channels. Process transactions within NetSuite and SlimStock to receive, update, and maintain inventory accuracy. Partner with the Planning function on reporting and reconciliation, assist in managing component supplier relationships, and ensure time-and-full deliveries to customers. Maintain Item Master and NetSuite attributes while supporting ad-hoc projects for system updates and best practices implementation. Requires 1–2 years of production planning experience, a bachelor's degree, and familiarity with enterprise planning systems like NetSuite.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience in production planning, and/or production either at the brand level or at a contract manufacturer or related fields
- 4-year bachelor's degree required: major in business, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred

- Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to peers and senior leadership
- Attention to detail and accuracy on multiple projects under time pressure
- Extremely self-motivated with critical thinking mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment, a team player, fit with brands and culture
- Familiarity with enterprise planning systems and tools (i.e. Netsuite, IBM Cognos, SAP IBP, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
