Job Summary
Analyze supply chain key performance indicators and device actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues and identify permanent resolution steps. Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards while defining and reporting on Key Performance Indicators that drive operational outcomes. Interface with senior management independently to provide regular performance updates and deliver actionable insights for tactical or strategic improvements. Work self-directed to identify process gaps cross-functionally and support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning using SQL, Python, and industry modeling systems.
Required Qualifications
- BE/ME equivalent degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics
- experience in production planning
- experience in capacity planning
- flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative team player
- innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Hands on knowledge of SQL
- Hands on knowledge of PLSQL
- Competency with data analysis and statistical tools
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in R
- Proficiency in dashboard development
- Proficiency in data visualization
- Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems
- Experience with Blue Yonder
- Experience with Kinaxis
- Experience working with MES/ERP systems
- Experience working with SAP
