Job Summary
Analyst, Supply Chain Planning responsible for analyzing CRD and FCD gaps, performing constraint analysis, and driving forecast/supply/buffer improvements to meet program goals. Duties include identifying process/system gaps, escalating and resolving delivery misses, preparing root cause/corrective action summaries, and presenting recommendations to process owners and SCM leadership. Requires evaluating all options to recover lateness on line items, managing approved projects, supporting delivery helpdesk, and ensuring adherence to environmental, health and safety policies. Proficiency in SAP/PROMIS/MES; Tableau and SQL are advantageous. 2–4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing; Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 1st shift with 10% travel; exposure to export licensing considerations may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or related supply chain/engineering discipline
- 2 – 4 years experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing or similar industry
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, analytical and organized
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP, PROMIS or MES systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Tableau and SQL is an advantage
