Job Summary
Deliver timely, accurate financial analysis for Distribution Center operations by partnering with Supply Chain and Operations leadership on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and cost analysis. Manage expense budgeting, variance analysis, and productivity models that incorporate volume trends and operational drivers. Create and enhance financial reporting to improve visibility into performance trends, while analyzing cost drivers and financial impacts to identify actionable insights. Support month-end close processes, procurement activities, and special projects as assigned. Prepare and present results to business partners and leadership. Requires 1–3 years of experience in finance or supply chain operations with advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of related experience in finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, or operations analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- proficiency with Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and summarize large data sets and complex business variables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights for business partners and leadership
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate, timely, and high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a dynamic business environment
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable building partnerships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Distribution Center operations
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Dashboarding Tools, or Workday
