Job Summary
Manage supplier master data and support vendor data accuracy by collaborating with sourcing, merchant, and technology teams to ensure information remains current and reliable. Take ownership of vendor outreach projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing updates and reporting to optimize supplier processes and enhance operational performance. Work independently with external vendors while maintaining strong communication skills within a fast-paced environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with Oracle or database systems. Full-time, in-office role with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with Oracle, Conga, reporting tools, or database systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- A team-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Regular In-Office attendance
- Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
