Job Summary
Analyst will deliver corporate reporting, insightful management presentations, and cross-functional project support to Urban Grid across development, construction, and operations. Responsibilities include preparing regular reports on development pipeline, milestones, and capital deployment; maintaining dashboards and KPIs with accuracy; driving process improvements and automation to reduce cycle time and risk; standardizing workflows and documentation; staying informed on IRS guidance and renewable energy tax credit frameworks; building executive-ready materials for senior management and the Board; distilling complex analyses into clear narratives and visuals; coordinating inputs across Development, EPC, Operations, Finance and Commercial groups; tracking major equipment orders and ensuring tax credit eligibility; and maintaining centralized documentation for Development. Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) are preferred, along with experience supporting utility-scale solar, wind, or storage projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, tax, project finance, consulting, or a related field
