Job Summary
Strategic Planning & Business Operations Analyst in Austin, TX. Role supports senior leadership with data-driven insights, including forecast modeling (center performance, staffing, labor productivity, attrition), KPI monitoring, ad-hoc analyses, and preparation of management presentations. Requires a quantitative bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years in finance/FP&A/consulting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and US work authorization. Hybrid role based in Austin HQ (3 days on-site). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, or equivalent experience
- Advanced with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint); fluency with G Suite is a plus
- No current or continuing visa sponsorship is available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
