Analyst/Sr Analyst , Portfolio Management -Investor Reporting

Job Summary
Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in the US to maintain and improve complex portfolio investment and fund-level models. Build and maintain financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, IRR calculations, DCF, and NPV valuations. Prepare fund operational reports and modifications for Single-Family Residential Joint Ventures with strategic investors on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Monitor operational report performance, identify data discrepancies, and communicate corrective solutions. Work with the Austin-based Manager to evaluate investor requests, offer alternative solutions, and perform deep dives into operational metrics. Support Portfolio Management and Investor Reporting team members with additional reporting tasks and special projects. Maintain an accurate inventory of fund operational reports across all investment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-4 years of prior experience in Financial Services and/or Real Estate firm
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must react quickly to requests with a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets
Desired Qualifications
- MBA/ CA/ CFA with financial markets understanding
- Prior experience in using Yardi, Tableau, and SQL
