Job Summary
Lead grantmaking review processes and manage award letter generation, proposal tracking, and due diligence for assigned grants. Guide project staff on internal systems, resolve risks and dependencies, and coordinate expense approvals and contract administration using RPA templates. Prepare complex documents, summarize data for reports, and build strong client relationships by responding to inquiries promptly. Independently solve complex operational issues, suggest process improvements, and escalate matters to Grants Management or Legal as needed. Perform these duties with significant leeway to determine the best individual approach to achieve stated objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, office, support, and client service
- Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations
- Experience with CRM
- Comfort in learning new technologies
- Some travel
