Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients for trade finance and cash management needs. Process and manage trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections. Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Identify and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade servicing processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade finance or cash management role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of relevant trade finance and banking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
