Job Summary
Governance of systems related to Merchandising support operations across GAP brands and geographies; responsible for onboarding, training and work allocation of new team members. Lead a team of MSC/Sr. MSC to meet objectives, monitor performance, plan resources, and ensure service levels. Drive operational efficiencies, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration; develop KRAs, KPIs and training programs; provide SME-level knowledge of processes and systems used in merchandising support across multiple geographies. Ensure SLAs with brand teams, manage escalations, and contribute to risk flags and proactive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Process Management experience in a process-driven shared services team
- Executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across stakeholders
- Talent Builder with a proven track record of attracting and developing teams
- Result Orientation with a track record of KPI delivery and improvement
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building and stakeholder management
- SOP-based process improvement experience
- Leadership capability to develop goals, KRAs, and KPIs for team members
- Experience in resource planning and workload distribution
- Problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple challenges
- Knowledge of service level agreements and quality assurance
- SME on processes and system knowledge in merchandising support operations
