Job Summary
Manage KPMG Canada's official social media channels across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube by scheduling posts, monitoring inquiries, and collecting conversation insights. Utilize monitoring tools to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, then collaborate on developing reports for marketers and communicators. Scan communities for engagement opportunities for senior leaders and analyze competitor performance to inform content strategy. Develop monthly analysis reports and deliver timely flash alerts while ensuring strict adherence to risk policies and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in managing social media communities for B2B or B2C companies
- Project and Team management exposure
- Credible record of operating as part of a team
- Experience in the measurement and analysis of social media and/or website performance
- Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills to prepare and present
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- A professional and organized approach to work and a strong team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a team
- Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management
- Drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network
- Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders
- Comfort with wide variety of cultural differences and skill sets and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in French is an asset
- Familiarity with generative AI and AI agents
