Job Summary
Analyst SmartOPS responsible for monitoring enterprise systems and applications, executing production job schedules, responding to alerts, triaging incidents, and contributing to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Key duties include health checks, capacity monitoring, and supporting automation and DR testing. Requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years in IT operations/NOC roles; technical experience with CA Scheduler, SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds, and related monitoring tools. Flexible work approach described as a balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility, with emphasis on teamwork, security standards, and adherence to SLRs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in IT operations, NOC support, or system monitoring roles
- Experience with CA Scheduler, SCOM, QMM, Nagios, SolarWinds; knowledge of production control processes, incident management, and system monitoring
