Job Summary
Maintain SEO documentation, playbooks, and process guides while ensuring recommendations are reflected in workflows and execution processes. Conduct audits and analyses to identify gaps in implementation, compliance, and performance, then assist with testing to track hypotheses and summarize results. Support experimentation efforts by validating setups and partnering with analytics teams to turn findings into practical recommendations. Create educational materials and enable internal teams on emerging search trends and platform changes. Report to the Senior Manager, SEO Excellence, and work closely with cross-functional partners to scale best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content optimization, web analytics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, content optimization, internal linking, and site structure
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, large websites, or digital product environments
- Certifications in SEO, web analytics, experimentation, or digital marketing tools/platforms
- Exposure to analytics, tag management, or SEO platforms commonly used in large organizations
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies or testing platforms
- Familiarity with building confluence pages
- Passion for building repeatable, scalable systems, and for enabling others through education, tools, and documentation
