Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Portfolio Financing

Job Summary
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand investment requirements in the structured credit space and assess private credit portfolios. Onboard transactions on the proprietary Oxane platform and monitor them on an ongoing basis while researching financial and legal agreements. Build and maintain custom financial models to validate borrowing base computations and calculate covenants and key risk metrics. Extract relevant data from credit agreements and reports, then analyze output to present accurate logic and reporting formats to clients. Requires proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel and analytical skills to interpret loan tapes and corporate credit documents.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the corporate credit landscape and core financial concepts
- Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
- Analytical skills to understand loan tapes, corporate credit agreements and related financial documents
- Good communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance
- Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, preferably
