Job Summary
Support the Investment Management team on the Hines European Real Estate Partners Series, a flagship discretionary value-add vehicle investing in pan-European real estate. Manage asset management workstreams for existing investments, collaborating with country teams to execute business plans and implement value-enhancing strategies. Formulate and implement fund investment strategies using data analytics while maintaining ownership of models, performance analysis, and investor reporting. Liaise with the capital markets group to promote funds to institutional investors and prepare presentation materials for current and prospective investors.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years' Investment Banking or Investment experience
- Strong interest in real estate
- Strong university degree from high-calibre institution
- Subject area demanding high analytical aptitude
- Highly numerate
- Demonstrable aptitude to build and manipulate financial models
- Familiarity with modelling operating companies
- Creative flair
- Ability to distil and present complex ideas effectively in both written and graphical form in Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident fluency in written and spoken English
