Analyst/Senior Analyst FP&A

Lead the design, maintenance, and enhancement of financial reporting packages, models, and dashboards to support business decision-making. Analyze, consolidate, and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial statements. Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings, providing analysis and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Perform advanced ad-hoc financial analyses to guide key operational and strategic decisions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed. This Senior Financial Analyst role requires 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid work model requiring at least 50% onsite time.
