Job Summary
Analyst / Senior Analyst, Asset Management in Oak Brook: perform analysis for leasing, asset management, and property management of Cullinan Properties' real estate portfolio across retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office, and healthcare properties. Responsibilities include creating Argus Enterprise and Excel-based cash flow projections, evaluating property financial statements and variance reporting, collaborating with Leasing on tenant renewals and strategy, assisting in annual budgets and reforecasts, producing monthly management reports across multiple teams, optimizing tenant billings and lease abstracts, addressing tenant disputes, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. Requires 1-5 years of CRE finance/asset management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Argus and Excel; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate finance, development and/or asset management
- Analyst: 1-3 years of experience; Senior Analyst: 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university
- Strong financial and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Argus and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Solid leadership capabilities and problem-solving abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
