Job Summary
Guide clients through the entire secondary transaction process, managing their experience from initial inquiry to execution while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, building rapport by providing actionable market insights and conducting detailed reviews of transaction documentation. Source and qualify new clients through outreach and platform activity, then partner with operations and legal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely closings. Track pipeline activity and transaction metrics with precision to maintain high standards for speed and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, such as institutional sales/trading, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, business development or investment sales
- experience prospecting and generating leads in a high-volume outreach environment
- skills in balancing relationship management with rigorous operational detail, ensuring every transaction is executed flawlessly
- a high degree of organization and ruthless prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment
- strong financial acumen or a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex market dynamics
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or able to obtain shortly after joining
