Job Summary
Support sales reporting, retail analytics, and planning processes to help leadership make informed decisions and prioritize opportunities. Proactively identify trends, improve reporting processes, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the business. Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, and Marketing to enhance visibility into performance and support strategic growth initiatives. Deliver clear, accurate reporting that connects data to business context while streamlining recurring dashboards to reduce manual work. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies to create more reliable, scalable ways of working. Based in the Flavor Factory in San Leandro, CA, with a salary range of $90,220 - $100,244.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Planning, Business Analytics, or related commercial roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Advanced Excel skills
- Based in the Flavor Factory in San Leandro, CA
Desired Qualifications
