Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA)

Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA) based in Antwerp, Belgium, supporting monthly sales forecasts, monitoring orderbook (including aged orders), and preparing regular sales reports to help commercial teams across Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling in the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Channel Sales, maintain customer master data in SAP, assist with sales order entry tooling, handle day-to-day sales requests, and contribute to process improvements while guiding Sales teams on tools and processes. Strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset are required; English fluency is essential. Nice-to-have knowledge of SAP or Power BI and an interest in sales operations and business processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, detail, and collaboration in an international environment. Location-based role with no relocation support. Hiring range €41,760–€52,200 EUR annually.
